Return Policy
At SilverbySash, your satisfaction is our priority. The jewelry is crafted with care and precision, ensuring each piece meets our high-quality standards. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return an item. Our return policy is designed to be simple and hassle-free.
Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging with all tags and protective seals intact.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that custom-made items, sale items, and items purchased with a promotional discount are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns unless defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@silverbysash.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package.

Ship the Item Back: Send the item back to us at the address Knektvägen 4, 122 49 Enskede, Sweden. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send an email to info@silverbysash.com and follow the return process outlined above.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
